EQ2Chars
- This tab stores information about your characters. This is used for the following reasons.
- Allows you to log into the game without entering your information in.
- Allows you to set up auto login (this is pretty advanced and should be skipped for now, however it does require this to be filled out).
- Gives your bots a 'trusted' or 'Authorized' list of toons. Meaning they will ONLY automatically do things for these toons, such as accept group/raid invites, accept trades etc.
- This tab is entirely optional. I HIGHLY recommend filling it out.
- Any time you add or remove a character, it automatically saves this page, and is saved globally for all your characters.
Continuing on
- At this stage, open the console and make sure the export is finished. If it is not, wait until it is finished.
- Once the export is finished, reload Ogrebot.
- Open the console
- Type: Ogre
Note for 'not-brand-new' Ogrebot users
- The old file, 'EQ2Chars.inc' is no longer used. It is built into Ogrebot, and the file is now an XML file (EQ2Chars.xml).
- This means you no longer have to edit a file at all!
- If you had an EQ2Chars.inc file with information in it, the first time Ogrebot is loaded, it will convert it to EQ2Chars.xml for you.
