Summary & Important Notes

Heroic Options are there to assist with harder mobs. Generally speaking, these are built for bot encounters, and not necessaily for you to afk. There are also some HUD (on screen displays) of information that is valuable for everyone. These include things like, AE timers, when adds will spawn, when mem wipes will happen etc.

Worth noting also, people don't like it when anyone else is "better" than them. If you bot, do not share your progress with ANYONE. People get very upset when a bot can kill mobs that they can't. You talk about it, you WILL get petitioned.

WARNING WARNING WARNING - While I have done my best to document every possible option from using these options, I may have missed some. Be careful and pay attention when using these options for the first few times until you understand what they are doing with your character.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for most options to function properly, you MUST have EQ2s "Hits Mode" in FULL TEXT and not medium or minimal text mode. To check this, do the following:

  • EQ2 Button (in game)
    • Options
      • User Interface
        • Game Features
          • Hits Mode -----> Full Text

This tab is geared to assist players with heroic mobs. There are 3 settings.

  • Raid Options
  • Limited Raid options
  • Grind Options

Raid Options does EVERYTHING Limited raid options does, plus more. So when you are reading what is done, if you are going to be using the full blown raid options, you must read what limited does, and what raid does.

How to use

Checking Auto Load Raid Options = All raid code (including what is in limited).

Checking Auto Load Limited Raid options = Only runs raid code marked as "Limited".

Note: You cannot have both checked at the same time, since Raid options does everything Limited does plus more.

IRXEQ2 Commands

Useful Command Window Commands:

  • relay all - Can be used to send useful commands to everyone in group
    • Example: relay all ogre afk - Prevent Toons from timing out due to AFK, useful if taking a break.
  • relay all eq2execute - use to send all toons everquest 2 commands
    • Example: relay all eq2execute /camp login - tells all toons to camp to their login screen.

Setup Commands

Most setup commands can be done via tell, group chat, raid chat, or OgreIRC.

  • To rebuff your group in group chat type full rebuff

  • New -- Added Postcast.
    • Will cast an ability AFTER another ability if it's available.
    • This was designed for the new presitge abilities that make certain abilities clear other times.
    • Using this example: When Ability_Y is cast, it has a 30% chance to reset Ability_X. You may ONLY want to cast Ability_Y after Ability_X is cast. You would do the following:
    • Postcast tab -> Ability_Y -> (after) Ability_X
    • This would cast Ability_Y after Ability_X if it's available. If Ability_Y is not available (on cool down, for example), Ability_X will still be cast.

SkyShrine Zones

Easy Mode Zones:

  • NOTE: CD, Lyceum, DP
    • When a red circle is spawned, if your campspot is within 6 meters of it, you will move 10 meters away if the bot can find a suitable place to move you based on collision. This won't be perfect because of all the stupid shit on the ground in them all, but it may save you. It only checks directly N, E, S, W, NE, SE, SW, and NW.

Lyceum

  • Olvia
    • When "a blistered soul sphere" spawns, any tank will automatically target.
    • As an added bonus, when "a blistered soul sphere" spawns, it will also set campspots (You have to have campspot on, it just sets them.). Did it this way, for ultimate laziness so you don't have to type a setup.
    • When "a blistered soul sphere" dies, tank will retarget Olvia.
  • Arch-Necranaut Yolth the Everliving
    • When "a reanimated eradinaut" spawns, any tank will automatically target.
    • When "a reanimated eradinaut" dies, tank will retarget Arch.

Underdepths

  • Dozekar the Cursed EM:
  1. Go up the ramp to Dozer, just to the right at top of ramp is a cubby .. park everyone there
  2. Turn ogre off on dirge/troub
  3. On troub, in the isxeq2 dropdown type: run golem then click start
  4. Camp spot everyone including your tank (Make sure tank has Move to Area Ticked) so he will move back after knockback
  5. Set Ogre auto target on your tank for drac or warrior "need to verify"
  6. Pull Dozer to begin

Hard Mode Zones:

Underdepths

  • Dagarn HM:
    • Grind Options Enabled
    • Cure Curse is now disabled
    • Toons will call for a Cure Curse if they need it (the charm).
    • Priests will cure the curse where appliciable (using the new code above).
