Instructions for testing. Note: You shouldn't do anything on this page unless you were specifically instructed to do so by Kannkor.

If you experience a bug, or different behavior that you believe is incorrect, please provide full and proper feedback. (Copy/paste any errors in the console etc, be exact with what you were doing/happened).

First thing to do, is to make a backup copy of your "ISXOgre.dll" incase something goes wrong and Kannkor is not around. This way it won't prevent you from playing. Make a copy of your innerspace/extensions/isxogre.dll.

With ONLY 1 session loaded per computer, type this into the console: ISXOgre:RepatchDev

This will tell the "live" build to patch to the development build. Note: When a new version of the development build is released, the current development build will automatically patch to the latest development build.

That's all there really is to it. Everything else will function as you know it. You can tell it worked by looking at the version information. If you are on patch 231 or above, it's the development version.

If you experience a bug, get as much information as possible and provide it to Kannkor. If he isn't around, you can always revert to your previous isxogre.dll and use it until said bug is fixed.
