Shortly into fight casts a curse on everyone. Curing it allows cure curse to be immediately recast, except for the last person. This repeats throughout the fight (seems time based - some pulls would get it every 'wave' other pulls would only ever get it once)  So you will either need to wait for a refresh or let the user die to clear curse to prevent causing wipes in the next phase;

At multiple intervals (75ish, 50ish, 22ish health) the named will teleport away, and adds will spawn. The first teleport is 30 seconds, 45 for the second, and 60 seconds for the final. During this period ANY deaths will result in an instant wipe, so ensure that you are waiting out the Curse, and making sure "a silk thread" is dead before these phases start.  The adds all have a stacking buff that increases incoming damage by 2% per increment.  Low DPS groups may need to save temps/etc for later phases when duration of add spawns is increased.

Summary & Important Notes

Heroic (Grind) Options are there to assist with harder mobs. Generally speaking, these are built for bot encounters, and not necessaily for you to afk. There are also some HUD (on screen displays) of information that is valuable for everyone. These include things like, AE timers, when adds will spawn, when mem wipes will happen etc.


Generally speaking, you get to a named NPC, then do a campspot, then if there is a set up below, you use an MCP button or type it into group/raid chat, and the bots will "move" to the pre-defined campspot. For example: In Stratum, on A Warrior Construct, you would get in the general area, do a campspot, then type: 'set up for warrior'.

Worth noting also, people don't like it when anyone else is "better" than them. If you bot, do not share your progress with ANYONE. People get very upset when a bot can kill mobs that they can't. You talk about it, you WILL get petitioned.

WARNING WARNING WARNING - While I have done my best to document every possible option from using these options, I may have missed some. Be careful and pay attention when using these options for the first few times until you understand what they are doing with your character.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order for most options to function properly, you MUST have EQ2s "Hits Mode" in FULL TEXT and not medium or minimal text mode. To check this, do the following:

  • Located at /waypoint -487, 136, -740
  • Get in white circles when they appear.
  • The circles can appear as far as 20m beyond the bridge, they will be concentrated on the west side, bridge, or east side based.
    • 75% - 3 circles
    • 50% - 4 circles

  • Pull name so the group can get behind her and only the tank takes the frontal
  • Interrupt when the name casts "Triage" or she will heal a lot

Skulkor

  • Located at /waypoint -443, 160, -570
  • Starts with 30 increments of "Skulking Skulls"
  • Kill the "a marrow harrower" adds & collect their skulls to keep increments up - the name takes more damage and does more damage.
  • Moderate DPS groups can stay on the name and AE the adds down.
  • Zero increments is a wipe.

Heroic II

  • If you're taking too much damage keeping the det stacks high, let the det stacks get down to <18ish

Corpsetalon

  • Located at /waypoint -570, 192, -677
  • Remove the names damage reduction buff by stepping over the dirt mound that is directly under the name. A dirt leech will spawn and knock her down.
  • When she takes flight, move over the mound directly underneath her to get her back on the ground.
  • There is a knockback when the name flies back up.

Heroic II

Adds spawn throughout the fight as humanoid models, stand still for a few seconds then transform into werewolves. While in werewolf form they take 90% less damage, dodge 70% of attacks, and do increased damage. Dispelling them will revert them back to humanoid and you can easily kill them as they spawn.

Every 20% a lot of bubbles spawn around the room you are fighting in, a character needs to run up and click all of them. Once all are clicked, dispel the named and it will start taking damage again.

Adds named "a bloodthirsty colony" spawn as part of the fights mechanics, they have low health, but if you ignore switches they spawn very quickly, and too many up will result in a wipe. On each of the three walls in the room, at certain points a symbol will appear on a wall, a character needs to click the matching switch in order to stop adds from spawning.

Throughout the fight, Liegess will cast one of two debuffs on a character, along with announcing either "Get in!" or "Get out!" - inspecting the buff shows whether you have the in/out variant. If in, wait until you are on top of the named to be cured, if out, move 10ish meters away before getting cured.

Beefcake gains stacks throughout the fight that can be removed by completing HOs. It doesn't matter which class starts or finishes, as long as HOs are happening.

At certain points, Beefcake will select a character to use a chew toy, ensure that healing priority is placed on the called out char, as letting them die will result in bad things (wipe? or just multiple deaths, not sure)

Additionally, named will call out "Charname's damage must be intercepted to transfer Death's Head to be cured!" - A fighter needs to cast Intercept on the called out character in order to prevent that characters death (and likely more deaths, who knows).

Adds spawn throughout the fight that buff the named while alive. High DPS groups can ignore the adds and just get em with AEs.

"a silk thread" add spawns when a debuff is placed on a char, if ignored (spawns away from named) it will eventually kill the char when timer on debuff expires. In this fight, you don't want any 'random' deaths, so ensure you kill the thread asap.

Shortly into fight casts a curse on everyone. Curing it allows cure curse to be immediately recast, except for the last person. This repeats throughout the fight (seems time based - some pulls would get it every 'wave' other pulls would only ever get it once) So you will either need to wait for a refresh or let the user die to clear curse to prevent causing wipes in the next phase;

At multiple intervals (75ish, 50ish, 22ish health) the named will teleport away, and adds will spawn. The first teleport is 30 seconds, 45 for the second, and 60 seconds for the final. During this period ANY deaths will result in an instant wipe, so ensure that you are waiting out the Curse, and making sure "a silk thread" is dead before these phases start. The adds all have a stacking buff that increases incoming damage by 2% per increment. Low DPS groups may need to save temps/etc for later phases when duration of add spawns is increased.
